Technology

Technology plays an important role in the education of students with learning disabilities. Technology is used at NHS in many ways:

  • to support learning by capitalizing on student’s strengths and circumventing weaknesses
  • to facilitate communication among the NHS community
  • to enhance productivity
  • to store and manage student data
  • to prepare and present effective instruction
  • to promote creativity and self-expression
  • to encourage respect, responsibility, and safety
