Jennifer Baker joined The Norman Howard School team in 2018. She comes to NHS with many years of both teaching and leadership experience. She is certified in New York State to teach Elementary, Literacy, and Spanish education, along with School Building and School District Leader certifications. 

As a leader at the Norman Howard School, Mrs. Baker values the students' willingness to accept each other and build a strong community that cares about each other. She looks forward to the opportunities each new school year brings. 

Mrs. Baker lives in Rochester with her husband and her dog, Butterscotch. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, running and long walks on the beaches of Kiawah Island, South Carolina.
