It’s rare for the population that we serve to be included and encouraged in our society. To work in a space that makes every voice valued and heard is so important.

Mikaela Orange is a graduate from Lawrence University and a Posse Scholar. She grew up in New York City and has located to Rochester to pursue her passion for working with kids with special needs and/or disabilities. Her passions include dance, jewelry making, traveling and theater arts.
