The Norman Howard School is a community where everyone is welcome and where students receive the personalized education they deserve. This caring, inclusive school environment is something that I am very proud to be a part of.

Ms. Merton joined The Norman Howard School in 2021. She was born and raised in Rochester. She recently graduated from Brockport with her Master's degree in School Counseling. Ms. Merton's love for the school setting began five years ago when she worked in different schools around the Rochester area.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, and attending local events in the community. On long weekends she enjoys traveling, especially to her favorite city- NYC.
