The Norman Howard School is a place to feel accepted, and where someone’s challenges can turn into their greatest strengths.

Mrs. Jelfo joined The Norman Howard School in 2018. She was born and raised in Rochester, and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from SUNY Brockport. She has always loved hearing peoples' stories and assisting them on their life journey. When not in school, she enjoys singing, playing sports, and spending time with her family and friends. Prior to joining NHS, she worked at Villa of Hope and Greece Central School District.
