Susan Dieter is Chief Operations Officer, acting as in-house counsel and responsible for Human Resources, Property and Facilities Management, Informational Technology, and Legal Issues. Proficiently managing diverse activities and operations for The Norman Howard School and Education Success Foundation, Susan coordinates roles and streamlines efforts across all organizations and educational campuses. Susan served as a Trustee of The Norman Howard School from 2010-2014, which inspired a deepening connection to the organization. She joined Education Success Foundation as an employee in 2014 and continues to infuse her work with a strong commitment to eliminating educational and opportunity gaps for children.
